i thought that was sbbsecho doing that to export them to MSG and then another run would pack them and place them where the mailer could chew on'em... maybe the second run i'm thinking of is to import netmail written locally and addressed to the local system? you know how some users use netmail for local messages instead of the other available internal to the bbs private messages...
