no, SH wrote that (indicated by "SH>") and michiel quoted it ( ">" char before "SH>") then someone else quoted it which wrapped the word "found" to the next line but prepended the ">" based portion and left out the "SH>" portion... probably because it is not checking for a space beteen the first ">" character and the last one found in "SH>"... some systems add a space before or after their quote prefix which should be looked for and handled properly... there could be more than two letters instead of initials, too...michiel has four initials (mvdv) whereas one might need to do something like
