Why? You're not involved in the case.

Remember, some of those on the SC at the time were liberals...a majority, aka 7-2 included at least one or two liberals.

Bush nominated Roberts, a Senate majority put him on the SC bench. BTW, Roberts voted yes on the Obamacare ruling (not on the side of conservatism), just this last summer, thus making it the law of the land. A bad decision, but that's what we have to live with, at least until Obamacare collapses under its own weight.
