Apparently Bart does have a problem with it. He wants to change his nodenumber to another and when he submits that wish to his NC, he's directed to the RC. (as in: the NC is sherking the P4.07 defined duties as an NC) As an NC, I'd have a problem with having my RC do my job when it is clearly not his job to do. Even if that switch was reassigned by my ZC. Knowing your dictatorial background, I suspect that is the case here.

The situation doesn't bother me one bit. I'm just the messenger. But, apparently there is at least one person (in your own net) who is bothered with it. Which doesn't add up to a smooth running net.
