We'all are still waiting for a defintion of the above line you quoted from the echo rules.
Unless you can define that line, it does not apply.
We contend that the line is definatly a subject that is on topic, since the line merely specifies that an "interaction between the Moderator and a Fidonet Sysop." must mean that this rule must be on topic.
Unless of course, the moderator wishes to remain unworthy of tht job.
