the message was sent from a point (8001.3) to his bossnode (8001), who forwarded the message to his uplink (1120).

the packet received on 1120 (uplink) contains following data:

packet-header
from   node   8001
       point     3          <----   should be 0 (!)
the message-data
  message1
     from  node   8001
           point     3      <----   this doesn't care

what has been checked and rejected was the packet header

Well, current last Mystic development step A38 sends a packet format, that is something between pure fts-0001 + fsc-0039 on the way to a type 2+ packet type.

FE's fallback mechanism from fsc-0048 to fsc-0039 to fts-0001 sees something similar a type 2+ packet, uses the zone/point values from the packet header
and throws an error:
PKT from 2:244/8001.3 to 2:244/1120 (FEFE, Type 2+)
Security violation: Refused mail from unlisted system
sidenote: the packet has been sent in an ARCmail bundle from 8001.0
          and includes 4 echomails

there are other issues too: eg. ProdCode FEFE instead of 00FE ...
