If allowing -Unpublished-, whenever that may be, has to wait for a consensus
on the 8 bit characterset, then it will never happen in the lifetime
of Fidonet. From messages in this echo during the last few weeks, UTF-8 is
not an option. Or will there be an extra tag, that denotes the charater set
for the current line in teh nodelist?
