What is important is, that the FTSC is populated with people that are competent in their function of documenting the technical side of Fidonet. A flawless popularity competition is not the instrument.
What I propose is that the election procedure will be the same as the one that is followed for the election if the ZC's.

I don't feel pissed off by you. ( sorry for using that expression, it is not in my vocabulary for written correspondence ) An answer to your message was the easy carrier of my opinion. Originally I started off with "Hello Janis and others."

Is I said above I would like a method to get competent members in the FTSC, not a popularity contest.
But what will really happen is not up to me, I can only advise my RC in case he is asked to vote on a procedure.

I do not agree with that statement, and I would almost challenge you.
This world is full of people who think that the jobs others perform are easy, and that they are not doing it well.. But when it concerns their own position, they are full of excuses and motivations, why they are inreplaceable.
