Michiel has the position of RC for region 28 and NC for net 280.
Your nodenumber tells me that you are in Region 28 and not in net 280.

Steven Leeman is NC for your net, he may also be the NEC if such a position
still exists in your net.

The way the nodelist is administered in R28 is arranged by the previous RC,
the habit moved to his successor without complaints. The previous RC was
a member from your net.

Sorry for being arrogant, but not providing the full situation may lead to
wrong conclusions, by those who do not know all the facts.
