There are many ways to explain a result and feel better about it.
A fair gues could also be that a number of the non voting RC's do not undestand what the whole Brou ha ha is about. There were non controversial candidates and this late in the life of Fidonet FTSC has a very low profile. What influence would my vote have, I have better things to do.
