Someone asked something like: "how do I avoid the problem of the dual use of the colon when entering a literal IPv6 address in the nodelist"? And the anser was "encase it in square brackets".
This method is FTSC complient. That using a hostname instead is better, is an opinion.

Not tomorrow, but maybe next year. Mobile ISP'are already deploying CGNAT. Thinking that "fixed line" ISP's will continue to issue globally unique IPv4 addresses to consumers forever is putting your head in the sand.
