The FTSC is not an enforcement body. It documents current practise, and publishes standards, but it is neither in her job description, not does she have the mandate or the means to enforce the documented standards.
If you believe the Linux version of Golded is in violation with FTS-5003, you have to take it up with the developer(s) of Golded. TTMBOK, they can be reached in the GOLDED echo.
