When I went to college for mu IT-degree, many many moons ago, we were encouraged by the higher-up faculty members to program in teams ... several people working on the same code ... because that would be the reality in our jobs ... so I was bothered by teammembers who couldn't keep pace and slowed me down ... it nearly cost me my degree.
Here's another of Dossche's Laws ... "Never encapsulate talent and impose limits on it as it will yield inferior results. Let it grow and develop along its own path and time track"
