NET_DEV still "exists" but is practically dead now. Obviously a huge chunk of developers have left Fido, but also a lot of the more recent Fido development (BinkD, Husky...) shifted to non-English-speaking parts of the world.

FWIW, years ago when I maintained the ftsc.org web site I did actually set up a wiki, but it was barely used, so not worth keeping.
Of course there's nothing to stop anyone setting up their own wiki somewhere else :)
