Ah. A very special server: a 'classic' Fidonet mailer "intelligent" enough to discern between BBS callers and mailer polls, be they IP or POTS.
It used to be FTS-compliant till the FTSC made a /clerical/ change to a flag's status and dismantled 'common practice' in the nodelist in order to comply with with that status, which broke the mailer's functionality WRT that flag.
