You are mistaken. Look again. It's not hard to find both of BS's posts.
Oh, alright. I will help you. There were eight (8) candidates. BS's vote named only seven (7). His re-vote named eight (8), finally. An implied abstain vote becomes a 'yes'? Strange, indeed.
