Either way, it was affront to the poor innocent candidate. It is more likely that the guy missed out on two 'yes' votes, as RC14 un-thinkingly copied BS's flawed ballot format... or some such thing. If only they had got their act together; that is, put aside the bloody-mindedness and voted according to the EC's announcement guide.
