Only other thing I can think of is to make sure in your areas.bbs the correct uplink is specified for each echo area. That will tell sbbsecho who to create the PKT for and generate a *.MSG to that address.

Can you look in your Irex log and see if indeed pkt's are being sent to your hub. If so, then it seems you have everything configured correctly on his end.
