According to the rules of the election, "Candidates MAY campaign in FTSC_PUBLIC right after accepting their nomination. Everyone may challenge the candidates."
It says nothing restricting content, and how the how the candidates answer (or don't answer) will provide some insight into the candidiate.
If you're concerned about limiting the question to Bjorn only, I'll post a modified version of the question to all candidates:
