I got this thus everything you're done is working.  I've dound with sbbsecho
it's better if you use complete paths in the setup.  Less confusion.

Don't bother.  It was tossed properly so you indeed have teh -f switch there.
As I said, make sure in binkd.cfg where you specify the putbound folder, make
sure you add a '1' as that is your home zone.  You may also want to add,
although it is not needed, an origin line. Right now yours is blank.

 # Origin:  (1:154/40)

To change it, go to ./scfg > Networks > Fido > Default Origin Line
