Yes, you need to use some of the tools supplied with Synch but it does the job quite nicely.  Allfix is a different story but I do use it here for FREQ files using binkd's EXEC option and although I don't do it here, I'm sure it can be used in conjunction with the Fido or any FTN filefind echo.
