Yeah, I was going to let the tone of the original comment slide.
We're all volunteers in an ever-shrinking environment. Most anyone in a *C role here generally older, may have family, and is certainly employed in some manner to be able to devote the time and energy into this hobby.
If one of my downlinks or my ZC feels that the job I'm doing isn't acceptable, we can either provide *constructive* feedback, or find someone else to do the job. The candidate pool is small to non-existent, however.
