nope, query would work fine anyway it will just not be authative, just like thepiratebay.org in my isp does not have same ip as any others dns servers out there, isps are god you know :=)

that would be wise yes, but all isps tell there clients to use there dns servers since windows 8.1 does not yet have a dns client, not even one that can handle dnssec or even simple as gzip / tls / dane
