serial drivers.

Tommi is using the portproxy to forward IPv6 traffic for his OS/2 system(s) to
the IPv4 address that OS/2 is actually using.  I've considered doing something
similar, as it would allow an IPv6 only node to connect to my OS/2 system, as
long as the portproxy machine was up and running.
