Let's see:
$ ping6 f2.n203.z2.binkp.net PING f2.n203.z2.binkp.net(2001:16d8:ff00:306::2) 56 data bytes 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=1 ttl=117 time=82.4 ms 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=2 ttl=117 time=82.7 ms 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=3 ttl=117 time=83.0 ms 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=4 ttl=117 time=82.6 ms 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=5 ttl=117 time=83.2 ms 64 bytes from 2001:16d8:ff00:306::2: icmp_seq=6 ttl=117 time=82.8 ms
Delay is fine now and no dropped packets. Might have been a congestion or a bad line at the tunnel broker. The broken connections would also fit into the story.
