Unfortunately most networks/companies don't see the tsunami coming. And when they see it, it's nearly to late, hurrying to implement IPv6, making tons of mistakes and doubling the costs. They could have done it smoothly without any stress, but they've missed that opportunity. On the other hand, there will be a huge demand for IPv6 network experts. ;)
