Give or take an order of magnitude to account for the uncertainties, that sounds about right.
However... I already have over a quadrillion (10^24) addresses assigned. Of which I use less than 10. With such an overkill, I fear some people in the universe will have to make do with less than a million... ;-)

I think so too. To expand the Internet beyond our solar system, we need faster than light communication and I do not think we ever will. But if I am wrong and some day we will, the world will be so different from now, that shortage of IPv6 addresses will be as irrelevant as shortage of carrier pigeons.
