That is not what happened. The message with the log snippet is timestamped 16:43. In that same message I refer to a previous message timestamped 16:23. The 15:23 is the timestamp of the message from which I quote. That message itself is timestamped 16:43.
Things can get a bit confusing when quoting part from a previous messages and posting log snippets that were created a bit later.

It can not possible ne on my side. binkd logs the timing info from the other side verbatim. No interpretation, a literal record of the bytes send by your system.
