The attempt to connect via IPv6 times out after 30 seconds. The a connect via IPv4 succeeds.

Can't ping6 him either. That may indicate a problem with his SixXs tunnel. SixXs checks if the tunnel is open by pinging the tunnel end point.
Björn, perhaps you should check your tunnel...
