Because your Regional Internet Registry, APNIC, was the first of the five RIRs to run out of IPv4 addresses in April 2011, one would expect the local ISPs to be among the first in the world to deploy IPv6. Apparently this is not so.
Here the situation is a bit better, but not much. There is one DSL provider (XS4ALL) and one cable provider (Zeelandnet) that offer native IPv6 to all customers. But they are small ones. The big ones, KPN (dsl), UPC and Ziggo (cable) do not offer anything to residential customers yet.
Fortunately free tunnels are still available I have two. One from SixXs and one from he.net.
