No, that is not how it works. When you have an IPv6 capable router, your LAN will be dual stack. All IPv6 capable devices will be assigned both an IPv4 and an IPv6 address. If you have native IPv6 your ISp will gibve you not one single address but a range of addresses. There is no address translation for IPv6. The packets are just forwarded.
