I am not sure what that means. I would imagine you just have one account that covers both IPv4 an IPv6. So shutting off your "IPv4 account" does not seem like a good idea to me at this time.

What addresses has your provider given you?

Indeed, ipconfig give the configuration of the machine it it run on. It will give information about the LAn as well though. So be a bit more specific. What does it say about the ethernet interface?

Yes the WAN address is what we would need. What also would be interesting is the WAN address of the router. We might try to ping those addresses.
