No competion on the wires? Is tha compatible with EU regulations? And what about cable? not available in your area?

Here there finally is some movement. My ISP, Ziggo is now rolling out native IPv6 in several areas. I do not expect to have native IPv6 very soon though. My area is not in the planning yet and I will need a new modem anyway. My old Motorola surfboard is DOCSIS 2.
Having said that, you are confusing, connection provider with DNS provider and DNS server with name server.
The DNS server that most systems use by default, the one that uis used to make an outgoing connection is run by your internet connection provider. Telia in your case.
What ipv6test reports however is about the authoritive name server for the domain yi.org. It reports that that name server is only reachable via IPv4. The address to complain is with the holder of yi.org.
