First you have to make sure that you have a version of binkd that suports IPv6. Run "binkd -vv" ath the command line. I getthis when I do that:

D:\FIDO\BINKD>binkd -vv
Binkd 1.1a-69 (Feb  3 2015 14:07:29/Win32)
Compilation flags: mingw32, perldl, https, ntlm, amiga_4d_outbound, bwlim, ipv6.
Facilities: fts5004 ipv6

The next step depends on where your tunnel endpoint is. If it is on the same machine as where binkp runs, you probably do not need to do aynthing else.

If the tunnel endpoint is installed on your router, you need to confugure the firewall in your router to pass port 24554 to the target machine.  How this is to be done depends on your router.

http://ipv6-test.com/ will tell you if your IPv6 connection is OK.
