Bummer, but your situation is still better than mine. My ISP has announced that they will roll out IPv6 "later this year". They have been announcing that for five years now and from my POV, there is little or no indication that anything is happening at all!
Alledgedly theur have been some tests in other regions, but nothing is happening here.
