Yes but WHAT changes? An IPv6 address can be split up in two parts. There is the suffix, tha lower 64 bits that is called the host part. That part is determined locally. The upper 64 bits are the prefix and they are (party) determined by the ISP.
So what part changes? Only the 64 low bits, the 64 high bits or both?
