Not just the Fritz. My present modem/router, a Cisco EPC3928 does it too. It even uses the same "form" to specify an IPv4 port forwarding as IPv6 port opening. For each line one can choose between IPv4 and IPv6. There are fields for external port range, internal IP address, internal port range and protocol (TCP, UDP, Both)
When selecting IPv6, the external port range greys out. But it is all called "port range forwarding".
