Ah, it was a free service. That makes a difference. I used a paid service. When you pay for something you can demand a minimum l;evel of service. So I told them their IPv6 service was insufficient, told them what was missing and gave them a deadline. A very generous deadline. And when they did nothing, I gave them another three month. And when they stiil had done nothingm, I walked away.

I am in the same position with Ziggo, my ISP. Problem is they have a semi-momopoly. The old copper pairs here in the street just can not offer the same bandwidth via dsl as DOCSIS over the green coax cable can. I have to wait for fibre...
