Hello Richard,

On Monday January 16 2017 21:40, you wrote to me:

UPC is a daughter of Liberty Global and switching to DS-Lite seems to be their global policy.

Here Ziggo ( also a daughter of Liberty Global) has entered into a partnership with Vodaphone. So they will be offering moble via the Vodaphone network. I do not know if they will offer IPv6, IPv4 or CGNAT.

I do not know either. But as my fellow countryman and ex-Fidonetter Iljitsch van Beijnum already wrote in 2010: the transition will be ugly...
