Ok. So far so good. Your OS supports IPv6.

But...

That apparently is your interface to the LAN.

There is an IPv6 address. But... is is just a so called link local address. They all start with fe80:: It is the IPv6 brother of the 192.168.x.y IPv4 addresses. It is only valid on the local link. So you have a computer that is IPv6 capable, but it does not have a connection to the IPv6 outside world yet.

When you have an outside IPv6 connection you should see is some adrresses starting with 2xxx:

Your router should broadcast so called "router advertisments". The devices connected to that router are assigned globaly routable IPv6 adresses from those router advertisements. It seems your router does not broadcast router advertisements...
