I foresee that if I stay with my present ISP, I will be on a DS-Lite connection between now and five years. My ISP (Ziggo) is now a daughterof Liberty global and their policy seems to be that all consumer connection will DS-Lite. I have dual stack now, but I do not expect that to last forever...
Having said that I think it will be doable to run my Fidonet system on a DS-Lite connection. With 50+ IPv6 capable nodes, the IPv6 fidonet club is near reaching "critical mass". ... I think...
