It does not work from my point 1. This may have to do with the fact that PE are enabled on my laptop running Win 7 pro?
The IPv6 address that is assigned by SLAAC (kbt.vlist.eu) is not used for outgoing and so you do not see it. The temp PE address when used for incoming may not pass the firewall.
OTOH.. the previous outgoing connection should have opened a channel shouldn't it?

O wait. When I tried it on my main system, I saw that the reply did not come from *::f1d0:2:221:6 but from a PE address. So there is no channel opened in my firewall voor that.
