Ah ok ... so they are global addresses. FE80 is the prefix for link-local addresses.

Hmmm ... that sucks ...
You can try a traceroute to see if/where the packets go out: fido@odroid:~$ traceroute6 www.facebook.com traceroute to www.facebook.com (2a03:2880:f107:83:face:b00c:0:25de), 30 hops max, 80 byte packets
