Yes ... but then ISPs will move. The reason that they are (nearly) not moving today is that the customers do not demand it.

Indeed. And it is also nice to have to ways to reach a server. If you firewall out yourself on v4, you still can connect :)))

I know of end customers that got switched to DS-Lite and they did not notice. If you are not using port forwards then most things continue to run ... And the worst issues have been found and fixed ... But you are right that there sure are some issues left to be painfully discovered.
