There is something wrong here ... First why do you cascade the routers?? That is usually a very bad idea. Just disable the routing function and use it as a switch with a built in WLAN bridge!

EVERY IPv6 capable Host has at least one fe80:: address. Even if it is not connected to the Internet!
If the router on the Internet side does NOT have an IPv6 address where does your IPv6 connectivity comes from??
