That's trivial: it's ARIN supporting AS'es for these networks.

Whaaaaaat? Dropping an AS from the database when you don't have to maintain it should be really simple and immune to any and all claims.
You could know that I maintain a DRBL-style blacklist of spammers. While doing that, I really like to see how stupid lamericans try to frighten me with a lawsuit - especially when I tell those f...ts they have to file their claim in Russia against a private person :-)
