Yes, I would say that your LAN segment is both a LAN and part of a WAN at the same time. A LAN, because it is a local network, contained within one site, but the fact it uses global addresses makes it part of a global WAN. However, access from outside the LAN segment depends on firewall settings. Here, some devices are completely exposed, some have traffic allowed only on specific ports and the rest are not reachable from the outside, due to the firewall settings.
