On 09/19/15, Michiel van der Vlist pondered and said...

OK I have done that. And re-run the process on my Win7 box to install a tap32
driver then ran AICCU so config things and envoke a AYIYA style connection.

I now see in Windows undernetwork a secondary network adaptor and this also
displays as a secondary network.

The original ipv4 adaptor shows the static IP I have assigned the BBS
computer 192.168.1.X and the new adaptor shows a different ipv4 IP that's
been assigned in another range 169.254.221.X

Equally both adaptors show ipv6 addresses assigned to each. The original
network adaptopr carrying ipv4 has a bogus ipv6 address that must have come
from my router and the new Tap adaptor shows the SixXS address for my end of
the tunnel.

The Tap adaptor shows no incoming packets but shows packets being sent out
which I think is AICCU sending something every so often to check the status of
the tunnel.

I wondered if I switched off ipv6 in the original adaptor and ipv4 in the new
tap adaptor then things would work but it seems not. I still cant ping my BBS
box using ipv6 from outside.

Best, Paul
