How easy it is to blame the middle man.
The Fidoweb depends heavily on multiple paths. It also depends on every system being able to detect and stop dups.
The NAB Troika is using archaic, outdated software that will never be able to catch dups. After all, they do not even know how to use char set kludges, and MSGID is still something to happen there.
