Sweden is within EU. I pay EUR35 per month for 100/100Mbit/s (it's actually 118/109 whenever I test it). And I think I got a dynamic IP, at least I haven't paid extra for the IP address. I'll know when my fiber is disconnected for more than 72 hours or whatever the TTL is. Fibres here are usually not disconnected at all... 8-)
If I hadn't all the servers needing the upload speed, I could have settled for 100/10 and got away with EUR25 per month.
And either way VoIP is included in the price. With an extra EUR1 for each extra phone number. No calling costs on any of the numbers. If I had the modems I could have had a 20 line POTS BBS for just EUR20 per month.
Oh yes, VoIP lines are slightly less reliable when it comes to high speed modems, but they are far more reliable today than ten years ago when I got my first VoIP line. FYI...
